George was on "Voyage of the Damned" (Tennant/Kylie Minogue), Annie was in "Gridlock", and Nina was in the last Tennant episode of Doctor Who.

I remember watching the SyFy version after falling for the UK version. It was almost a word for word copy... and made me so mad! I fell hard for George. Have you all seen Annie, George, and Nina on Doctor Who? I squeeked a little.

I encourage everyone who sees bullying like this to report the post. Maybe, just maybe, if we report these attacks, they will lessen. To the original poster, you are SO right. There is no universal sizing. I'm a 10 in some, a 16 in others. I know we shouldn't let those numbers dictate our sense of worth, but we all have…

According to snopes: "Origins: This item extolling the medicinal virtues of honey and cinnamon is based upon a 17 January 1995 article that appeared in the Weekly World News, the erstwhile supermarket tabloid known for publishing the fantastically fictional (it has since transitioned to an online medium), so as a piece of…

Mission 1-3: Running through my neighborhood and Runner 8 is shooting at zoms. There is a thick fog that has settled all over my city and I can't see the house two down from where I am. I was ducking and covering my ears while she was talking. Cut away to my playlist where it plays Jonathan Coulton singing "Creepy Doll"..

Great job! I'm training for my first 5K coming in May. I want to do the Mud Run too! You're an inspiration!

Sometimes I have 2 boiled eggs, a piece of toast, an apple, and a cup of coffee for breakfast. Eggs are awesome! I'm with lilmisfit, I hope you're making smart food choices, not just starving yourself. :-D

Always remember to rinse your quinoa before cooking. One of my favorite ways to make it is to use my rice cooker. I use one cup of quinoa and 2 cups of water (or any flavorful liquid like chicken stock, veggie broth, add a little wine). Once the quinoa is cooked, I mix it with spinach and goat cheese. YUM!

Does TMC stand for "The Master Cleanse"? Pushers come out early tonight. To the OP, I'm so sorry you had such a bad experience but happy to hear that you learned from it. Best of luck to you on your health journey.

We tried juicing. We lasted 12 hours. I was starving by dinner. To me it wasn't worth it. We use the juicer to make juice to add to our diet, not supplement it. Best of luck.

Good luck with your journey. We do meatless Mondays in our house. I still have my egg in the morning and a little honey in my green tea. Being a vegan is hard. I guess you'll be having a lot of magical fruit and quinoa with lentils.

Hope you feel better soon!

I actually just ordered 2 jars (one regular and one chocolate) from Amazon for about $9.89. Not each. That was for the pair. Free shipping because it was an add on to an already $25 order.

It's not about sticking to it. I had to change my mindset. This isn't a diet. This isn't a fad. This is how my life is now. If I had cancer I would spend the time to get healthy (with chemo, diet change, medication). I'm obese and I am spending the time now to get healthy. No one should be expecting perfection. No one…

I kinda love this picture. I might or might not have saved it as my background for my iPad.

On the weekends I will cook a few chicken breasts. Then I chop them up and add them to a container that can be frozen then microwaved. I usually add veggies and starch like rice or noodles. Then I add different sauces like marinara, teriyaki, sriacha, or whatever sounds good. I pop them in the freezer and then on the…

^^^ Yummy. I've been taking a TBS of Adam's PB to work with apples everyday but your dip sounds delish. I'm going to try that when my PB2 arrives from Amazon. Thank you!
