I am a firm believer that portion control is a huge key. Some of our food choices we need to totally change but sometimes it's just taking less and eating slower.

I think in this area of weight loss most of us need some help. It's really about the long plan that truly works. Making changes that you can keep for the rest of your life. Pick a goal for this week you can work on and then next week another one. Pretty soon you will have changed your life and the weight will be gone…

You may want to try to add more protein into your plan. I have found that being hungry all the time leads to a eating day. String cheese is a great snack you can carry along anywhere.

I have been on a weight loss fitness journey for almost 4 1/2 years. Seems after this long I should be thin but at least I am still working on it. I have just joined myfitnesspal a few days ago. It's fun
