Each person's body is different, but I don't eat my exercise calories. They say that you are supposed to, but it just seems counter-productive to me. I am a fan of Biggest Loser, and on there they (even the really large people) eat +/- 1200 calories a day and burn at least 3500 or more and they seem to be okay. If they can…

Marie's makes a new Yogurt Ranch that is a lot lower in calories, sodium, fat, etc. than regular ranch. I feel your pain though, because my favorite salad dressing is Marie's Creamy Italian Garlic and it's sooooo bad. I only have it once in a blue moon. :)

I am home a lot so I am able to do this effectively. But, what I do is have a 200-250 calorie breakfast around 7:30. Around 9:30 I have a 100+/- calorie snack, usually fruit. (apple or banana) Around 11:00 I have a protein snack that is savory in taste like 2 Wasa Light crackers with 2 TBS of Garlic Lover's Hummus from…

You can usually get all the info you want about a product like that from the manufacturers website. I used to LOVE the ham and turkey from Publix (Boar's Head brand). Even though I was buying the "Lower Sodium" varieties, they were still putting me over on sodium. I have high blood pressure, so this is a no-no for me. I…

Hi Emily, I did use phentermine before. I lost about 40 lbs. on it, and gained it all back plus some. The other problem is, it caused my heart to beat fast and irregular. It has been a few years and I now have high blood pressure and high cholesterol which I am takigs meds for. I asked my current doc recently if…

Lunch for me is usually a nice size salad with a ton of LOW calorie veggies and a TBS. of slivered almonds, and avocado if I have it on hand. If no avo, then I have a serving of some type of beans with protein. AND water, water, water, water, water, okay I think you all get the message... :)

If you like eggs and toast, try scrambling 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites, in Pam spray and one piece of whole or multigrain toast sprayed with Parkay butter spray. <300 calories, and keeps me full for 3-4 hours.

I use Cavender's Greek seasoning on all my foods. Not too much sodium in it. :)
