I also tried this back in the summer, and didn't stick with it because it was "too hard" (in a whiny voice) lol. My hubby and I are going to start it together tonight, so maybe with both of us doing it we will keep each other motivated! Good luck everyone! Hard work = results :)

Funny enough, I am also back. Too bad I put on +/- 20 lbs. in the last year while I was away being a Mom, Wife, and Nursing Student. I am back for good now, and looking forward to giving and receiving lots of support. Friend me. :) And, Best of luck to all of us!

I saw some people say they log it your way and get about 275 calories burned. However, I saw where someone else wore their HRM while doing level one of it and she burned 475. I agree with you 110%, I use both, but sometimes I just want that butter flavor that's in the Parkay zero calorie spray. Thanks for reminding me though. :)

I found mine at Publix, but I'm sure any grocery store has them; especially Wal-Mart if you have one close by.

They are more than regular chicken breasts, but they are completely trimmed, no hormones, etc. I'm in Central Florida, and most all the stores here have them. Wal-Mart has always been the cheapest.

Record it under cardio instead of strength training. I think that one is there to help you keep track of what strength training you did instead of calories burned from it. Look at my exercise diary and you will see how I record mine.
