years ago I lost 80 pounds by walking and changing my eating habits---never just on flat roads tho---i did up and down many hills

usually im awesome about going to the gym----i do 2 classes mon-wed, 3 classes thursday and 1 friday. I think more then anything im ticked at my body for not doing what i want it to. I think I might be a tad bit stubborn too :noway:

I just have one thing to add to everyones amazing advice----don't look at the big picture, it's easier to look at the small victories such as a 5 lb loss then it is to swallow having to lose 50 lbs. You can do this!

any of the just dance games are fun----it doesnt feel like a workout but you can sure build up a sweat---i also have zumba 1 and 2 and they are great as well

siick----used to be" hes sick" meant hes ill:sick: --now "hes sick" translates to "hes hot, awesome, etc".:huh: I do say alot of the "shouldnt be allowed" words but thats mainly to tease my 15 yr old :laugh:
