I have the 30 day shred and it's nice because it starts you off at a beginner level works you up. Give it a try, it's only about 20 minutes. I don't ever use it for the 30 days in a row because I get too bored with the repetetive nature, but like it if I don't want to go to the gym or only have a few minutes to get a work…

I don't think it's necessarily bad... however, you need to listen to your body. I can do 1200 cal/d for several days but then have moments where I binge. I've increased my goal to 1600 and eat between 1300-1600 and haven't had those binge moments nearly as often! If you feel like you have enough energy, why not?
