Sitting in my apartment and watching Zoo programs. I had a good visit with DH yesterday. Afterwards I came home to my apartment. My daughter is working toward moving me closer to DH. He and I will both appreciate that. 🤞🏻 ❤️ 🤞🏻

<3 I am moving and it is in December—definitely unusual. The good news is that I will be very close to DH. I will also stay in touch with all of my friends here in Women 50+.

In past Decembers I brought a live tree into our living room and placed it in front of our window. This December the tree 🌲 is staying outside in its place in Oregon. I have purchased tiny artificial trees for my husbands night stand & another for me. This December I am moving to an apartment closer to DH’s health…

6:45 am— I hope this will be a good day and I will be able to spend time with DH.

I hope I’ll be able to visit DH tomorrow. I wasn’t able to see him today. Keeping my fingers crossed that I’ll be able to see him in person. 🤞🏻🤞🏻 If I can’t get there in person I’ll try texting. ⭐️

Today was mostly a quiet day. Chatting on the telephones with DH was my favorite part of the day. 💕

Yesterday when I visited DH I gave him a little artificial Christmas tree to cheer him up. He likes it and has had compliments from staff members and friends. I am pleased he is enjoying it.

I visited DH yesterday & shared dinner. He was tired after dinner. I sat with him in his room for awhile. Our daughter picked me up to bring me to my apartment. I’ll check on DH this morning. I hope he is resting and feeling better.

Went clothes shopping with DD and came home with several pretty blouses. It was quite a treat and the clothes were on sale. 😊 DD also dropped me off with DH and we had dinner together. I gave him a cute fake Christmas Tree like the one I bought for myself at Walmart. It was the last one on the shelves. I was lucky.…

I was able to visit DH this evening. I spent time chatting but he was tired so we stayed for a bit and let him rest. After the visit our daughter took me home. It is now 11pm.

I expected to get organized to move to the apartment close to DH, but there has been no followthrough from our daughter so far. I hoped to be nearby DH by now. I hope DD will follow through soon. At the very least I would like to visit DH. 🤞🏻 🙏🏻

I just had a happy conversation with DH. He was proud of his efforts to improve balance and increase his time walking. He has an excellent trainer who is helping him increase effort and gain strength. :star:

Barbara, Pip, and other dog owners— hats off to you. Your dogs get attention and exercise regularly, and it benefits their health and yours. WTG!!! I admit to envy. I hope to get a pup in the future. Helping DH improve his health comes first. Then I’ll be looking for a pup. 🐕‍🦺 ⭐️ 🦮 ⭐️. 🐕‍🦺

I called DH and we had some time to talk with each other. He worked with his physical therapist today and is now taking a nap. I am grateful for iphones and the easy ability to talk with each other. 😊

I am in my regular apartment for now. I am eager to move to the new apartment but it will take a bit longer than I imagined. Keeping my fingers crossed for a good outcome. 🤞🏻 I will call DH on the phone so we can chat. 😊

I thought I would begin the move to be closer to DH very soon. I will make the move, but it will likely be a week or so longer than I first thought. I am hoping it won’t take too long. 🤞🏻

Today I will begin moving to an apartment near my DH. I will be close enough to walk across the sidewalk from my new apartment to the building where DH is working to improve his strength and health. ❤️

I expect to start my move in just a few hours. The distance is not too far but I suspect it will take several trips to get there and start to settle in. DH and I will both be happier. We will be able to visit one another every day. My new apartment is in a building that is an easy walk to the the building where DH lives…

I am getting ready to move. Tomorrow I will go to an apartment across the way from DH’s nursing facility. He is working hard to get better and I will be able to visit him every day. We belong together. I told the manager of my current apartment building earlier today. It is a friendly departure and I know I will be…

Today is November 30th & it is the last day of this month. Tomorrow will be December 1, 2022. I’m looking forward to it. 🎄

Rebecca — Congrats on getting rid of your gallbladder! I waved goodbye to mine long ago. I had one enormous gallstone & I was happy to wave goodbye. I hope you have an easy recovery.

Barbara — My daughter is working on moving me to the property where my husband is working on improving his health. If it works out, I will have a new address. Keeping my fingers crossed for good luck. It will be wonderful if it works out. I’ll let you know when I know.

I was able to spend a good long visit when I went to see DH. I enjoyed being with him. He has good friends and they often have meals together. I look forward to another visit in the future. 😊 ❤️ 😊

My neighbor across the hall has moved away today. I hope she will be happier in her new place. She has loved beautiful objects and is able to take them with her. That is good, and I hope she will be comfortable in her new place.

I visited my husband yesterday. We had dinner together and enjoyed our time together. My daughter drove me back to my apartment. I hope to visit him a gain soon.
