You might want to speak with a dietitian or your doctor and see if you are eating enough calories to meet your body's needs and to lose weight. Also do you do any type of strength or interval training. It can really transform your body.

I eat Fage nonfat or 2% plain Greek yogurt, add cinnamon to it and then put in about a cup of fresh blueberries with some chopped walnuts. I use the plain because then I can get my carbs/sugar from the berries and the nuts give me the crunch, and the cinnamon just makes everything taste better.
