This may sound funny, but I try to do the 30DS in the pool. High knees, jump rope, boxing, I run or jog until I sink lol, jumping jacks are a lot easier in the pool. I usually preplan by looking on the restaurants website and nutritional information. package half of the meal if they don't have half sizes, most restaurants that I go to do have half sizes. (sometimes I will order a kids size) I usually order a diet pop (not the best but only time I have pop)

I used to be like you, but I have found that as I lose inches(scale refuses to show me a loss) I'm sweating more. If you are that concerned about it then I suggest seeing your dr.

How old are your shoes? did you try running with a different pair to see if that helped? I have found that Shin splints are usually caused by tight calves and or fallen arches. I am still around. Just been busy with another challenge on here. Gained 8lbs after Christmas almost have that off now.. Weight loss has been slow but I have been pretty stressed out with 3 jobs and possibly adding a 4th. 30DS Jillian has 2 people with her, one is for beginners to follow and one is for average/advanced people. I would give it a try, at first I couldn't do some of the exercises but just jogged on the spot or did something similar. You can do this. I also enjoy the biggest loser videos they are tough but doable for beginners.…
