  • Different brands have different tastes. I have heard Chobani is good but I can't find it here, I prefer Liberte plain greek yogurt. Really good =)They do have some with honey and other flavors I had my boyfriend start with that to get used to it. Now we both eat it plain, the flavored ones are higher in sugar.
  • I'm like you. I just eat what I like (whole milk) and such but lower quantities.This for me is about lifestyle change and moderation, I do not want to have diet food get to my goal weight and then go back to what I used to have.

  • I say your fine as long as you just have 1 in a day and you have room with your daily allowance. I personally need coffee in the morning or I'm grumpy, I am just experimenting with what i have in my coffee. Eventually I will be someone that drinks it black or with 1 cream.

  • My trainer told me that an incline of 1 or 2 is like running out doors. Running on a track I find is harder than a treadmill but really depends on the person. Enjoy your trip!!

  • Zumba for the wii is amazing!! I gave my copy to my sister because i was doing Jillian 30DS, but she loves it and is grateful she doesn't have to pay for a weekly class like before. It is almost exactly like a class only it's just you sweating it out in your living room.
  • You can use a rolling pin as well if you do not have a foam roller. I am also a massage therapist and I usually tell my clients they can use a rolling pin for IT band, quads and hamstrings. Make sure you stretch daily, I would recommend seeing a Physio, massage therapist, or an athletic therapist.

  • Usually has 12-20g of protein per serving. Does have a different taste than regular almost bitter. Really depends on what brand you buy, some are really good and others are horrible. I personally like liberte, and I will add some fruit to it as well. I love it though =)

  • I am planning on starting this program today as well. I will be doing a combination of 30DS and Ripped in 30 with 1 day rest a week for the JM dvd's and 5k M,W,F might add a 4th day but I don't want to over do it and frustrate myself to quitting it all.
