Sounds good!! I am back from holidays and I must say I had a lot of fun, miss the mountains already. I figured I did about 32km in hiking/snowshoeing and just had a blast. I was surprised how well my body adapted to the altitude, I was impressed with myself and I wasn't sore after the hikes. Anyways I am looking forward to…

Hello Red Team!! My name is Kylah I have been on MFP for a year now and haven't lost a lot of weight on here, I keep fluctuating between 188-198 lbs since last December. It has been a struggle for me I love working out but with 3 jobs it has been tough to keep a regular schedule. I am trying to achieve my goal before my…

Exercise and water complete as well =)

oh and according to my ND and Acupuncturist avoid oranges if your sore throat is due to a cold. Yes they have vit C but they also promote mucus production and I have actually noticed this to be true.
-
I usually have hot water with honey and lemon, I find the more lemon the better but that could be just me. =)

Yes I did, but I was over 230 lbs and hadn't worked out in years. I saw my trainer 3x that week for an hour and she made me do 30min of cardio after a workout and an hour of cardio when I didn't see her that week and we fine tuned my nutrition to something healthier. I am assuming it was mostly water weight and the fact I…

I personally love my trainer, she is so supportive and she knows how to kick my butt in a motivational way. We have had our ups and downs and sometimes I feel like she doesn't understand where I'm coming from cause she has always been fit. However I look forward to our sessions and her insight. My first week and a half…

Thank you for this post. You and I are the same height and I am currently 198lbs and would love to get to 135ish, I have been struggling as of late and this just brings back the motivation to keep on going!!

Stick with it, like Sidesteal said. Keep in mind our bodies take some time to adjust to a change in food/exercise and you need some time to allow for those adjustments. I have been on MFP for a year and some weeks I'm great with the food, but slack on exercise and vice versa. I am currently trying to find a balance and…

Past week was tough I have been sick for most of it and been exhausted. Water has been the only thing I have achieved this time. I will continue to do last weeks and this weeks challenge. So want this weight off.

Awesome job!! I woke up this morning sick and drained. I am doing the water today but as for the dips and the rest of the challenge today is my day of rest. Tomorrow I will be back in the game, going to bed early and hitting the gym in the morning.

Awesome job!! and welcome back. Scary how time flys!! I am hoping to do 30DS maybe after Christmas break. I am headed to the mountains on the 16th and won't be able to bring the dvd with me. Keep up the good work=)

Tricep dips are kicking my butt. I can do half of the 50 right now but hopefully it will increase as the week goes on. =) These challenges are awesome.

I will have to look into them. Yes I have discovered slow and steady will win any race when it comes to weight loss and cleaning lol. Where are you from? I'm in Canada

I have most of Jillian's dvd's but I get tired of her, I also have turbo jam but haven't tried it at all. Interested in insanity and chalean but I think they might kick my *kitten*. I have to be careful I love the feeling of the burn and being sore the next day but I can't be too sore and then my main job suffers. I'm an…

Thanks!! Trying to find balance, I am hoping that once the boyfriend starts working again I can quit a job lol. I'd like to try more challenges and groups but in the past I would join a ton and not be able to be accountable for it. So I figured I'd start with these two and go from there. 30 DS I would love to do but find…

Awesome challenge!! I currently drink 2-3 L a day hope to increase it to 3.5L hoping my body will adjust to all this water soon. I just joined a mini 6 week challenge to help me stay on track, with this and that hopefully the weight will start flying off =) If I don't respond to everything doesn't mean I'm not here and in…

I think forming a "group" for team yellow is a good idea. Should we have our captain do it though? I don't know.

There are a lot of people who have had success with 30DS, I have started it but always seem to stop for some strange reason. When I did do it, I also made sure I did 30min of cardio as well. I suggest you start with 3lbs and see how you feel after a workout or two if you feel like your able to do normal activities without…
