  • Just got back from the farm which has no internet or crappy internet. My starting weight for this challenge was 198lbs, this morning I weighed in at 195lbs.. Hope to get to 140-145ish by April unrealistically I would really love 135lbs lol.

  • The scale seems to go up for me as well, to the point that I joke around saying I will be 198lbs and a size 2. I have decided to go with measurements and hope that the scale will follow ( or I adjust it manually to reflect lol)> Today I was only able to get in a 20min walk, tomorrow will be better. =)
  • I've had 2.5 L of water today and went swimming for the first time in years it was awesome.   • L1D7 done I had to take a break yesterday I burnt my hand and in the crease between thumb and index finger so it was too hard to do it and I think I needed the one day off other than cardio. Today I did it but without weights. Keep up the good work everyone =)

  • Try doing it against a wall... You still do the action but it doesn't have as much impact on the joints as a push up from the ground. Or you could use weights and just do the motion with your arms while standing.
