Are you using shoes or bare feet? and your feet are they sore as in they feel tight or achy. Hot epsom salt foot soak, a rolling pin or something hard that can roll where you put your foot on and it stretches it out.

Could be a decrease in stress. I have found sometimes being so obsessed with entering MFP and exercising regularly that I have increased my stress levels sometimes on a subconscious level. The scale doesn't move at all and I say screw it, (not really still enter calories and exercise) but I don't go as strong. I have also…

I try to avoid the sauces, tempura and California rolls or ask for the rolls without the mayo. Anything with a lot of rice will increase your calorie intake. Sometimes I will enter stuff in prior to going to see what my caloric intake allows and how much sodium hit it will be, if you go with a plan it helps a lot.

Ripped in 30 is it that much harder than 30DS? I was thinking about starting it on Monday and either alternating between 30ds,ripped and 6pack6week on top of Couch 2 5k and training with a trainer 2x a week.

That is awesome!! I can't jog on the tread for 7 minutes yet but it's a goal. just started the C25k and hope by Sept 1st to run 5k, congrats on the success!!
