Hi...I'm new here too. I found this place while chatting with someone over on the Beach Body website. He recommended this site and now I see why. It looks like a great way to really keep tabs on your exercise, daily water intake and your calories. I love it so far!

Not only that....the rice has a bit of sugar mixed in to make it stick together! All the time I was eating sushi I thought I was doing good too!
