I've gotten a lot more male attention. I also ditched the glasses for contacts and ditched the brown hair for purple. I used to have some back pain, now I have none. I have way more energy.

115 lbs in high school. This morning I was 123.8. I've been hovering right around 120 for a few months now but I think I'd like to get a little lower. And before anyone thinks that's too crazy, I am short, small-framed and small chested. It's not unrealistic.

I'm around a size 7. So if I do abdominal exercises, that won't really cut down in fat in that area? You can tell I don't know much about resistance training. I do know my school has a weight room so I could always go there.

My husband went on Nutrisystem and lost about 60 lbs. Once he stopped, though, he gained it all back and more. To me, it's all about attitude. If it can help you learn to control what you eat- great. But it has to be something you want and not have to rely on someone/thing else controlling it for you.
