Hi!! I'm also doing turbofire... I learned something that helped me a lot for keep on going and not losing motivation so quick... it is that 1 pound fat = 1 pound muscle... so if your not seeing results on weigth it is because we're building muscle and I said this because when I saw my scale result I was frustrated too.
