Hi! I am on week 3 of TurboFire and looking for some Turbo friends to help keep me motivated!!! I havent really seen any results on the scale yet (which is a little frustrating) but my pants are getting loose so I know something must be working!!! I am TOTALLY IN LOVE with these workouts...I actually look forward to doing them in the morning and always feel so accomplished and awesome after finishing my workout :happy:

    Hi!! I'm also doing turbofire... I learned something that helped me a lot for keep on going and not losing motivation so quick... it is that 1 pound fat = 1 pound muscle... so if your not seeing results on weigth it is because we're building muscle and I said this because when I saw my scale result I was frustrated too. So keep On and If your clothes are gettin' loose it's because the fat is melting... hope to hear from you soon. ;)

    Another TurboFire fan here. I just love Chalene. I'm not following the schedule right now, just trying to get the workouts in a few days a week. I also teach Turbo Kick once a week. I've been loose with diet and exercise lately, so I plan to tighten things up starting Monday. I have to have sinus surgery soon, but after that I'm thinking of trying a Turbo Fire ChaLean Extreme hybrid.

    I just finished Insanity and am now doing Turbo Fire. I'm not doing it according to schedule yet, but I will soon. I also would like to set up a Turbo Fire/Insanity hybrid schedule!

    Congrats on finishing Insanity - that's tough! I may try Insanity Asylum someday, but I don't think I'm ready for it yet.

    You might be able to find one online. I know there are TF/Chalean Extreme ones online. That's what I'm moving onto after Insanity.
  • I was following the schedule but now I made my own up to include Brazil Butt Lift :wink: Glad to find some others who like Turbofire!!
