Maybe a pinched nerve or something in your neck? I was having pins and needles that snowballed into an almost consistently "dead asleep" arm. An MRI found I had some significant spinal cord compression, which P/T (mostly neck and shoulder stretches) helped enormously.

I tried it for a while but had little sucess. It is expensive, and you do have to buy and prepare different meals/salads/protein servings to add to the prepackaged stuff. MFP set my sugar target at 24 so I always go over it as well. The apple I ate today alone put me over! I really pay very little attention to that though. I figure if the sugar is coming from healthy, whole foods it isn't "bad" because it comes also with fiber and vitamins and other good stuff. I just conciously avoid the…
