I dont know if this will help but on the calories page I plan my day backwards what I might eat for dinner,lunch,snack,breakfast, with my calorie goal in mind so i plan my whole day before i eat it!

Hi, I have found tootsie roll midgees help me or smarties I know its not healthy but it works, coffee seems to help me to as long as its black, i heard somewhere coffee burns like 50 calories while you drink it again as long as its black!
