Help!

OK, so I am not hungry, yet i am considering what i can eat

I think this is purely boredom at work

Need to keep my mind off it, drinking water helps a bit, any other suggestions!?

    same boat here! try some veggies maybe? i would love some carrots right now but i don't have any!

    When you get that way always eat fresh fruits and veggies.

    Hi, I have found tootsie roll midgees help me or smarties I know its not healthy but it works, coffee seems to help me to as long as its black, i heard somewhere coffee burns like 50 calories while you drink it again as long as its black!

    Being at work is the hardest, there is always a lot of temptation. Coffee, blueberries and greek strained non fat yogurt help me with the cravings! Good luck!

    I like to have a couple of celery sticks and 1 tblsp of peanut butter or a cup of honey nut cheerios dry. They take awhile to eat and they stick with me, so I don't feel as hungry later.
