I want to stop adding sugar to my tea and coffee...I'm down to half a teaspoon but I want to cut it out completely! I also want to improve my mile time to below 10 minutes!

Very true, guess I should have been more specific! I just meant I don't really care what age or gender you are, or where you live etc. As long as you're a happy, motivated person :) Hopefully I didn't set my self up for disaster...
