1000 days of logging is pretty admirable. I've personally had maybe as much as ~75 consecutive days, but even then, there were days where I completely fell off my diet (but I logged everything anyway). Now if it's 1000+ days of logging and completely adhering to your diet........... You deserve a cheat day/meal of epic…

You can eat anything and lose weight. You just can't eat in however much amount you want. /thread

Calories can carry over. If you want it that bad, eat it. Then you can eat less carbs the next day to compensate--although I've done this before and ate a few days worth of carbs in advance. Soon I was in a "carb debt". Wasn't the best idea I ever had. But you get the point lol.

Working out fasted blows and isn't worth it in my opinion--unless perhaps you have the time, since weight training on an empty stomach takes about twice as long as it normally would for me if I had eaten prior. I still do IF, however. I just do fasted lifting. Leg days are definitely the worst if you don't eat lol

what's TP? it's only awkward if you make it awkward and this relates to fitness because fitness is physical and before, I've only gone maybe once or twice a day, although my fiber intake recently has gone up to an average of 30g so perhaps that's why anyways, thanks for the replies!

If you plan or prepare your meals ahead of time (perhaps in tupperware), you may find it much easier to comply to your day's calorie goals. Also, protein is the most satiating--for both short-term and long-term hunger (physiological) or appetite (psychological). Carbs (i.e. those Quaker rice cakes) not so much. Or what you…

Too much cardio. Too little calories. If you're a male (and I'm assuming you are), start some weight training. You're actually doing a form of cardio when you work out if you do anything more than 3 reps and get your heart rate going. You can lose fat while preserving muscle by consistently eating at a MODERATE calorie…

...or me I'd be more than happy to take them off your hands for you. and also because my first online order from GNC got stolen -- the package arrived at my apartment when I wasn't home -_-

Quest Bar fanboy checking in. So far I've only tried Double Chocolate Chunk, Cookies n' Cream, and White Chocolate Raspberry. CnC was released recently and didn't exactly live up to all the hype and raving everyone was giving it, but I absolutely love the other two, especially once you microwave them for ~18 seconds.…

too much cardio in my opinion. what are your goals? and what makes you say this? you're not going to gain weight if you have a rest day during which you eat--unless of course, you eat over your maintenance calories... but even then, one day of going over your maintenance calories wouldn't cause weight gain.

honestly I'm a little horngry so I'm not too sure
-
Yes you can, but if you're working out, it'll probably be a lot more difficult if you're on a greater deficit (i.e. lower or no carbs) to compensate for the previous day

It's not how hard you can hit. It's how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. THAT'S HOW WINNING IS DONE!

#1: "Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth. You will never understand the power and beauty of your youth until they've faded. But trust me, in twenty years, you will look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you can't grasp now, how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked. You are…
