This is a great idea! I just started my journey last Thursday. I've cut out soda, and gluten, to test if I'm celieac or not. I'm already down 5.6lbs! But I'll aim for another 5lbs for the new year!!! I'm currently 258, goal, 253! So excited! I'm also starting the couch to 5k program Sat morning!
