I'm an RN and have been for 8 years. It is difficult for people in our field. Often we eat at weird hours and irregular. What shift do you work? As for the sore, honestly i go to bed every day with something aching. I honestly don't know if it will ever get better.

I eat one daily and it hasn't cause problems with my weight loss. I am stalled out now, because I hit the wall, haven't been eating and exercising as I should, but that's all me. I have a protein shake for breakfast and at least one bar for a snack, it helped me lose 49 lbs...just saying"

I feel the same way. My doctor told me I shouldn't concentrate on the number but the measurements. Especially since my weight loss included a substantial gain in muscle, but it's still hard and I thought I would be happier too, but still feel like the stomach flub is a problem! Just know you aren't alone out there! :)

I have found, investing in my nike plus has really helped with that. It gives me more accurate times and calories and it is always consistent. I am not always on the treadmill, I also jog outside. So my measurement is always decided by the same machine. A treadmill isn't always quite as accurate, because lets face it, you…

Throw the candy and chips away, make sure you have healthy things to snack on when you get the urge. Baby carrots, almonds, things like that, apples and peanut butter. My problem is when I am bored I go to the kitchen, but you can't eat what isn't there. So get rid of all the junk food! I let me kids have the cupcakes we…
