Glad you posted this. As you know after seeing your wall posts I've just started this too, 3rd day today, so really new. But its good, 8 minutes can fit into anyones routine. Its like 0.5% of a day?? Or something like that. I'm combining it with the Squat challenge and JM 30DS too. Thanks again xx

I can see a difference in your photos. I'm not an expert at all, but maybe push up your cardio routine too. As another poster said mix your routine up a little, start a c25k programme or something, but dont give up, keep pushing. believe in this, doing it right will get results. 5 days in isnt much at all!! But stick with it be 100% honest when logging food start moving and you'll get there. Its hard, some days are harder, but the weight will come off. Good luck with the 30DS, hope it doesnt falir up any back troubles!!

I chose light activity as although I do at least 20minutes x4 on the cross trainer/elliptical at home I walk the school run each weekday and have a baby at home its not much is it.
