Blisters on my instep
I'm after some advise please I'm new to running, dis c25k last year and have started going put again. Twice now I've done 30 minute runs and have returned with blisters/rub marks along the inside if my feet. Left foot is around an inch, right around half an inch. JM workouts, I log them as circuit training or aerobics?
Hi all, possibly been asked a hundred times before but what should I log JM workouts as? No more trouble zones uses weights..so circuit training?? Banish Fat Boost metabolism is pure cardio...so aerobics?? Any ideas or input would be great.

using TDEE -20% question
In the last weeks I've re-calculated and upped my calories from 1200 to 1400 to be more in line with TDEE -20%. Should I be eating workout calories burned? I did at 1200 because I was so hungry! my own worst enemy
Why do I do it to myself, I eat crap and know I shouldn't. I eat a bit more and then feel awful. If I know I will feel this low, and of course I always will, why do I do it? confused over exercise calorie burn
I've just done 20 minutes on my xbox your shape, got a sweat up and the counter says 38cals burned. On mfp 20 minutes of general aerobics is 140cals that's a big difference in my eyes What should I log it as? I dont want to eat the calories back today so i'm not worried in that respect just dont want to kid myself
