JM workouts, I log them as circuit training or aerobics?

Hi all, possibly been asked a hundred times before but what should I log JM workouts as?

No more trouble zones uses weights..so circuit training??
Banish Fat Boost metabolism is pure cardio...so aerobics??

Any ideas or input would be great.
