Blisters on my instep

I'm after some advise please
I'm new to running, dis c25k last year and have started going put again.
Twice now I've done 30 minute runs and have returned with blisters/rub marks along the inside if my feet. Left foot is around an inch, right around half an inch.
I run outdoors, grass tracks and pavement.
I'm not fast (11 min miles)
I'm 136lb.
I wear more miles running socks (the ones with the padded areas) My trainers dont feel like they are rubbing, they're just Nikes "runing trainer"

I know I need to be fitted for running shoes but the cost worries me.

What can I do to help myself in the meantime?
Thank you to anyone with any replies xx

Get fitted for proper shoes. The cost of that will far offset the cost of stopping exercise or the foot problems caused by poorly fitting shoes.
