I failed yesterday. I didnt move more. So that's my mini goal today. Do some xbox and find a mini daily challenge on the fitness board and join in (please dont let it be Royal Burpees, I bloody hate those!)

Well the weather sucks today but I'm staying in anyway. Going to do some Xbox Your shape soon when baby has a nap. Anyone up to anything exciting?

Had 5 glasses of plain water yesterday. That for me is quite good. Hopefully can match that or up it today.

Good idea Lou, Really simple.....do something during the advert breaks on the tv, or set a timer to go off and go and do something, climb the stairs, get down and do some sit ups, jog on the spot, do anything in those 3 minutes rather than staying still.

I try to look at goals at a little step at a time. I would love to be back at 9st. (126lb) Current mini goal is -4lb (140lb) I also want to take part in more 5km runs, and do the ParkRun's too
