It really depends on how many calories you burn in a day. Me, for instance, I sit at a desk for 8 hours and then 3x a week I jog 5k. I clean the house and play with my son when I'm not at work, but I also have school online. I only burn about 2200-2500 calories on average a day. On the days that I run I eat 1400-1800…

I'm a little late, but yesterday I did season 1 day...5 I think and managed to jog through every song and walk briskly through the talking in between! My average pace wasn't any better but it was MUCH more consistent. I've been Jog/run/walking a 5k route for a few months 3x a week and am definitely seeing progress.

Enjoy lvling and start pvp and dungeons when they become available to you (lvl 10 and 20 respectively). I played WoW for a few years and loved it.

I was just a little over weight all through my school years and didn't really lose those extra 20-30 lbs until i was 20 or so. When I did , though, I felt like i was finally the person on the outside that i felt like on the inside. Last year i had my first child and i gained a whopping 70 pounds (something I am not proud…

Wow tons of good ideas! Thank you guys! I think I might just do a mash up of them all :) I really like clothes or jewelry as a reward. Maybe a new top/ring/necklace every 10 pounds.
