Thanks all, Last night was a bit special as I normally burn between 500-600 in a one hour class, so I knew I was going to burn at least that. In future I'll bulk my meals out a little to make it up. I rarely skip so that shouldn't be an issue. I'll try and add an extra 100cal or so over the next couple of days. Rest day…

I buy a fruit and Veg mixed box once a fortnight, it's seasonal so you don't get choose whats in it but once it's delivered I can meal plan and use the items that will go bad quicker first. I've considered doing that to as well, will take me longer to finish C25K but at least I'll have some story, which is why I downloaded it to start with :( How many times a week do you run? I was lucky and able to go first thing this morning but I dont see it happening anymore than 3 times a week

I for one started off well and seems like today is shaping up to be pretty good also. Planning a trip to the beech with my two littlies today so that will burn some calories running on the sand! I have curry cooking away in the slow cooker so life is good! Hows your day panning out?

I've seen a few people make massive changes with Zumba, if you are going to go to classes shop around and find an instructor who you like. I found a HUGE difference between instructors. Some are really hardcore with jumps and massive cardio workouts while others can be more refined and tone you up better. It's worth…

Hi all, I'm a working mum and would like to lose 10 kg for the end of March, I have a fair amount of weight to lose so I'd rather it come off slow and be long term. Would love some people to critique my diary and obviously offer support and encouragement for the time ahead. Cheers :)
