I always no it across my navel (cause it is a marker) I do the same on my thigh, calf and arm I find a freckle or a scar or something and always go at that point so I know I am measuring the same point and can compare them correctly!

I do it weekly when I weigh my self, I know my body changes during the month with hormones but I still like to keep track of that. I wake up on monday morning, work out and then weigh and measure myself and then tuck into breakie!

I have done it, I found it was more strength than cardio vascular, it depends how much dancing u do, i found my core, flexibility and upper body strength improves heaps I would suggest pairing it with a salsa class or something

I find that after I do ab exercises i feel tight and it hurts to laugh or cough etc SO to stretch it out I do the yoga pose of the cat, it realy stretches out your muscles, I am not very good at explaining how to do it so u should you tube a video of it so u can see how to do it correctly

I have found that too, im from Sydney and this past week with 40+ plus days have been screwing around with me, I find I am eating a lot of cold fruit but that puts me over on sugars. I am trying just to eat what i can and avoid heavy foods, (lots of vitawheats with vegemite!)
