I do it as a 21 day shred (i do it in a 30 day month but don't doit on the weekends) I do each level for 7 days or i have also done it for 30 days but not on the weekends so two work weeks on each level

I had this problem for a long time, what i actually ended up doing was having my 'dinner' meal at lunch time and then having something much lighter for dinner after training. I get quite ill if i eat right before i go to sleep.
