I drink LOTS of coffee! after 4 cups I'm not hungry anymore and feel full.

I weigh in like 3 times a day, lol I know it's bad but the scale is in my bathroom & it's so hard to walk by it!

1200 for me is over what I normally do. I thought I had to stay above 1,000 when I started dieting until I came on here. When I track my foods it always says I'm under and that I should be eating 1600 (YEAH RIGHT!) I always try and eat 1000 or less.

I usually stop after dinner around 6pm, but if I do my 1 hour walk and I'm really hungry I will sometimes have a low calorie snack around 8 or 9pm.

Eat a fiber one brownie they are delicious and only 90 calories!
