  • I drank no other drinks but 6 cups of green tea a day for two months. I've just stopped because it's getting hot, and to be honest I was sick to death of green tea, so I guess i'll see if the green tea had been helping or not. While i was drinking it though it helped me feel fuller at meals, but now I'm just drinking water…
  • I fly through sugar free gum every day but I don't log it because it stops me from eating other foods/lollies/chocolates that would be a hell of alot worse. If i started logging it I know i'd become obsessed and give up gum and then struggle with eating lower calories :P
  • My asthma flares up at everything exercise wise - bike riding, treadmill, even kayaking! My doctor said to use my asthma spray before exercise wise and so far it's worked off and on. But yeah either way i have it on hand at all times. Sucks to be asthmatic!
  • I've switche to Almond milk purely because of the calories in it compared to even low fat milk - it means I can eat/drink more! I've never been much of a milk drinker so i'm not bothered by the flavour difference. Then again i tend to get phlemmy or feel sick on full cream milk so mabe it's for the best. Either way,…
  • Anything that takes the weight off your legs I'd imagine, so swimming, water aerobics, rower machine, weights, sit ups maybe?
  • From South Aus :D
  • I'd go for something in between. Nothing worse than giving it your all...and then quitting a few weeks later because everything hurts, you've strained all your muscles and are sick of it. What kind of exercises are you interested in? See I love the treadmill and could do it all the time, but doing 10squats bored me stupid.…
  • Are you hungry? Looking at your diary I just thought that i would be starving based on what you ate! I'm no expert but I'd still recommend eating a better/bigger breakfast - eggs/milk/spinach/fruit.
  • I was on 1200 and barely lost anything, switched to 1500 and started losing 1kg a week. I've switched to 1500 on lite n easy but hvent found using mfp that it's actually only 1200 calories! I'm now just going with the 1200 but eating more fruit/yoghurt/eggs to earn back calories lost from exercise. Will see if it affects…
  • I get that also, but really not much you can do other than keeping your salt intake low. I tend to have extra weight on for a two or three days. But kinda nice to see the scales weight drop down once it goes :P
  • I've been on lite n easy for, coming up to, 3 months and have lost a steady kilo each week, except for two when i built up my exercise and realised i needed to bump up calorie intake. Love, love, love it! I hate cooking so that's the best bit. But i've tried so many "diets" and this is the only one i've stuck to for this…
  • I'm pretty bad, I weigh myself every morning AND night :P But I do that so I can motivate myself - if the number is higher I work more and harder, if it's low I'm motivated to keep getting on the treadmill because i'm seeing results. It works for me. But the number I officially recognise as my weight is every Friday…
