I had it too...but it subsided with walking for more than 10 mins. Weight loss has helped a lot. Medical help is very much important and cushioned shoes. You can try a cross-trainer or stepper. Also hand kicks for good cardio.

Thanks All. I am eating fewer calories than my goal calories.

I am starting too. But starting real slow...

I too cannot stop at one or two so...I stay away from drinking ,weight loss doesn't go along with drinking...

Strength training really helps with adequate protein intake and regular cardio 3-4 days a week...I am on it...you can do this!! My wedding is on 27th Nov 2014...its working for me..

Its very difficult to understand why are you binging. Have you been in low calorie diet for long? What about your stress levels?work pressure?
-
I have done all of that then realized diet is the key...only exercising and not controlling diet- eating food with less nutritional value and high calories- doesn't result with fat loss...I am trying to be wise now...

Hi!! I have done 5Ks and 8Ks on treadmill. I consider myself a runner. I am also lifting heavy. Mostly I lift thrice a week and longer runs twice a week. I don't lift on my longer run days. On lifting days I have short interval training either on Elliptical or Treadmill. Hope this helps. Thanks Prium.

Hi All, My challenge would be to run 5 K in under 30 mins on treadmill , bench press 35 kgs and deadlift 60 kgs...Lets see if I can do it!!All the best to everyone! Thanks Prium

I think its better to skip exercise or just go for a light walk..and eat whatever suits you...You are doing great!!

Slow down for a while.HIIT…
