I am the same, I lost over 100lbs a few years ago, over the last year and a bit i have gained 50 back,, I'm not happy with this and I to have come back to MFP to look for support and accountablity..Summer is coming and I'm not happy with how I look or feel. I'd be happy to help you

Food is one of my struggles as well, food addiction, over eating, stress eating , oh hey I passed the fridge I better see whats in there,,, it was bad. Have overcome most of it. working on paying attention to when I am full. Glad you are now in a good place :) Thank you for sharing, Good luck in your journey as well :)

I am the same, and instead of thinking diet I have started making changes, even the smallest of changes can turn into the biggest. They say it takes 21 days to make a habit, So even on the days I don't want to do something, I make myself, easier said than done some days..lol Good luck :)
