  • i juice! I've become quite obsessed with my juicer as of late. I supplement my diet with juice--I'd starve if I only drank juice. Instead of eating 2 pieces of toast and 2 eggs and 2 pieces of cheese with 2 slabs of butter for breakfast, I have one (of each) and a juice and I still feel satiated.
  • I make something similiar. I add a ton of carrots and then at the end I add a bunch of kale. You can also put a piece of seaweed in a pot of beans if you're making them from scratch. The beans will leech out the nutrients from the seaweed and also make them a bit salty.
