stretch a whole lot. like a LOT. do some yoga after the workout, for as long as you can, like an hour at least if possible. it helps.

oh my gosh i put that stuff in everything. in coffee, mixed with ss/ff jello pudding mix and greek yogurt, on cereal, in smoothies (PB banana would go great with vanilla coconut milk), use it to cook oatmeal instead of boring old water, etc.

most people on here hate the cleanse. personally, i love it. i have slow digestion, allergic to certain foods, get bloated and miserable if i eat the wrong thing, stuff like that, so any time i give my digestive system a break i feel SO good. light and free! i don't do the salt water flush though, that part is disgusting.…

well it's the solanine found in eggplants and other nightshades that can be poisonous, but you'd have to eat such an impossibly large quantity to be affected. so unless you're eating like 50 eggplants in one sitting you're probably fine ;P
-
depends on what country you live in. in the US, it doesn't matter, you're fine. in some developing countries, you run the risk of parasites or whatever disease-causing bacteria is present in produce grown with raw sewage irrigation (read: human waste used as fertilizer). and apparently you shouldn't eat raw cabbage in…

i would pay any amount peanut butter & co requires! i actually wasn't a fan of the dark chocolate one. there's something very unappetizing to me about peanut butter and chocolate when they're mixed together (read: NOT in the case of a reeses pb cup, those are bomb). mighty maple is super good too.

turkey tikki masala over roasted butternut squash! i don't have an exact recipe for it, just make a tikki masala sauce, throw a package of ground turkey in there and serve it over roasted butternut squash. caramelize some onions and throw those in to make it extra delicious.

my bad. i thought that when you made the comment "Again, I'm not judging. I'm just curious" you were cryptically implying that you were not judging, and just curious.
-
so basically, you posted this topic not because you're genuinely curious about vegetarianism, but because you think your diet is superior and you'd like vegetarians to agree with you?

I gained 10 lbs backpacking Asia a year and a half ago. My friend and I stayed with way too many sweet grandmothers and local families who made stuffing our faces with delicious food their #1 priority. Not to mention these days Chinese people cook with a TON of oil. Most of the chefs put almost an entire cup of oil in the…

beat me to it. also keep in mind (anyone buying "free range" for ethical reasons, that is) that there are no USDA restrictions on what free range chickens are fed, and beak cutting and forced moulting are both allowed.
