Put on 2lbs I completely loss my way over the last 4 weeks. But i am back and plan to use MFP more for motivation when the going gets tough!

Don't know if this has been said as not read the whole post.... sell them on Ebay, Car boot sale, don't just bin them at least you will earn something from them and save the money to a new wardrobe as in years to come will you really want to wear then when fashion is always changing?

I acceop great challenge burned over a 1000 calories today! Rest of the week will be smaller burns!

Can I join to? i eat 6 small meals a day (well try too) as i've always been a grazer and this helps by me eating this way. My weigh in day is a Tuesday i start at 253.8lbs

At Bazaar i used an app on my phone put int your weight the workout DVD and 50 mins for lenght of time and it states you would have burned 530.64 calories.

6ft goal weight 175-180 will re-address if needs be when i get there. Body fat @20% would be great

I don't know if i have number but the minute i'm 7lbs above my goal weight thats will be an "oh No" moment as it will be easyier to reign in and get back under control.

For me i wake up an hours early to workout before my children wake... Great way to start the day. Each night i plan my meals for the next day may not always go to plan.. but it won't be far from what i've planned.
