I am really surprised at the negativity in some of these posts. I have gone sugar-free many times, both with and without natural alternatives such as raw honey, and my body really responds well to being sugar-free. It makes me feel better all over for as long as I keep it up.

Well....I read on a thread a few months ago that there is in fact a diary entry for...no delicate way to phrase this, but for semen... [/quote] I read something in 70's that said a shot of semen is 60 or 70 calories and is high in protein.

It's on lose it, that is to say www.loseit.com, but the amount burned is rather discouragingly low, even though many options are available for reporting the energy expended.

Healthy fat is found in whole eggs, coconut, olives, nuts, seeds, and other things. I do think it's better to eat the biggest…

Don't give up until you find out. And yes, you are eating for two.

Check out coconut oil. It doesn't break down like other oils when heated. It's very healthy, and it's the type of fat your brain needs. It's great stuff.

A Facebook friend from India tells me that they don't use exercise at all - only diet - to lose weight. Then he told me how they do it. It's amazing and it does work.
