I agree with Koing. Now that you are at a good weight, stay there, but gain more muscle mass. This will help show off those strong muscles. It will take a little experimenting. My sister always had a little lower belly pooch that she hated! But once she did insanity (religiously) she lost the pooch and gained muscle mass.…
