yup my hips are the last to go when i lose weight =[ that and my little pouch of belly fat under my belly button. and my thighs are pretty naturally skinny but yet they lose more fat a lot faster... who knows why

yep i'm the same. i've got a fairly low weight naturally (it's around 125lbs just now, i'm 5ft6) but high body fat and hoping to change that. i do the 30 day shred by jillian michaels and it's good. also walk a lot as well and use the gym/go swimming when i can :)

I find that if I eat breakfast I still need to snap at about 11am to stop me feeling starving. If i don't eat breakfast I still need to snack at 11... I normally have something like fruit just so I can say I've eaten something
