maybe your sensitive to gluten (wheat) you could try doing a gluten free diet for 2 weeks and see if that helps. Also getting the good bacteria back in balance can help digestive disorders, can get supplements or get from yogurt and other foods. Hope you feel better soon

you could create your own exercises in the exercise tab and tell MFP to give you 1 calorie burned for those activities, that way you can track what you have done for exercise but it doesn't screw with all your totals and macros.
