I play golf, hang with my 2 good friends(all the time) and my favourite thing to do is shoot pool(8 ball, 9 ball and snooker)

I may not have made my 6 pound goal by June 1st but i kind of stalled for 3 weigh ins only losing a few ounces but weighed in toay and broke through that bit of a plateau and dropped 1.6 lbs, so i made goal by June 3rd

I have read this on many threads, but if you are having trouble with the scale moving just remember that it is just a number. You should be measuring yourself and taking progress pictures as they help you see how much more you are changing when the scale doesn't show it. I hope you find the motivation you are looking for…

No it is not your the fat girl inside you, it is that you are up when your body should normally be sleeping so it is looking for enegery. The best thing to eat would be nuts as they are high in vitamins, minerals, protein and essential fats.
