I thought I would enlighten anyone who would be as clueless as me when making french toast. If trying to cut out some calories don't use a 50/50 split of egg and water. The water makes the bread soggy so when it cooks the egg cooks on the outside but the bread stays soggy on the inside. Now you know.

Hip Pain
I went for my regular 3 Mile walk yesterday afternoon and then last night I went on a drunk 12KM walk. I woke up this morning with incredible hip pain, bad enough it hurts when I walk or lay on my side.
