Hi all, I am currently doing C25K and i'm on week 7. My third run day is Friday for the 25 minute run, but I am unsure if I should actually do it with having my first 5K run Sunday morning. I don't know if I should take Friday night off and just take it easy by walking to keep my routine going or should I just do it anyways. Thanks for any advice.

    You'll be fine to run Friday, especially if you're planning on taking Saturday off. Congrats and good luck on the 5k!

    You may want to just run the 25 minute run a little slower than usual. Go easy on your legs. Don't skip it, you will be fine!
