Workout routine
Can anyone suggest a workout routine or some exercise I could do at home. I have dumbells but I don't really know what kind of exercises I should do with them.

First NSV
Today was my first NSV. I went to the store to get new jeans as mine were getting really loose. I tried on a pair that were one size smaller but they were to big. Ends up that I am down 2 pant sizes. Hell yeah.
