I make my own tortilla chips with 100 calorie pita bread, slice it into 16 the peel the 2 layers apart to get 32 chips and then just bake them

To get started running i always listen to "Lonesome Rider" by Volbeat, it has a fast beat and when I need to push I put on "Sound of Madness" or "Diamond Eyes" by Shinedown

Why not weigh in before giving blood? As already stated, do not workout afterwards, I tried to go running after mine one time and nearly passed out while running.

Broke my long lazy slump by going for a run even though we are getting our first snow fall and it is -1 degrees Celsius outside. Just wish I had of worn gloves since I couldn't untie my shoes when I finished.
