I some how lucked out and still have 700+ calories left after dinner for the day and then have 200+ more to be added from my C25K run. Guess I will be eating whatever I want when done my workout.

Well I was instructed to not run tonight. I went and donated blood and they told me to not run until tomorrow, so there's a heads up for anyone else that donates blood.

Just 2 weekends ago I was camping for Canada Day long weekend and the first night drank 12 beer and a 26er of rum and almost a 2 litre bottle of diet ginger ale(need mix)

I'm sorry but this just confused the hell out of me. So are you saying I shouldn't use the calories burned that my HRM shows when tracking exercise.

I never do that cause if I want to eat and have the calories I will but on another note, the mint in tooth paste or gum can help curb a sweet tooth after meals

Yes you can lose weight without exercising, as I lost my first around 50lbs without adding in exercise that didn't come with my usual days work(that's very little). I would strongly suggest finding some way to get in some strength training as the result with just eating under your calories isn't that great appearance wise.
